Refurbishment of CBN Learning Centre, Satellite Town Lagos
The project involves the construction and complete renovation of the existing buildings for CBN Learning Center which consist of:
- Admin Block,
- Hostels,
- Clinic,
- Club House,
- WAIFEM Building,
- Church and Mosque.
- Theater Auditorium,
- Training center, canteen and maintenance building,
- Football pitch with French drains.
- Storm water tank and pipeline transmission to the Lagoon
- Open drainage along Sand fill Estate road to Alakija Road,
- New access road to the CBN Estate, new road and covered drain (Alakija Road),
- Rehabilitation of existing road and drains within the residential estate,
- Rehabilitation of the existing canal to the Estate,
- Rehabilitation of the internal road within the learning center, etc. and
- The installation of Campus network to meet up with the International Learning Centers
