200 Bedrooms, admin/Reception/lobby/Restaurant , covered barbecue, Pool bar, management staff flat, banquet hall, General Store, laundry, staff dining, staff quarter, Generator House, Sewer, water treatment House, staff check/guard, cool and freeze House, Diesel tank house, swimming pool, water fountain, covered walkway, Electrical & Plumbing/mechanical works, Sewage treatment Plants, water treatment plant/borehole, fencing, paving, basketball base, volley ball base and horticulture.
